  • •URL-synced selection: opening a department updates the URL so Back and deep links behave like you expect; browser Back cleanly closes the drill-down.

Better Invites, New Workspaces & Safer Goodbyes

We've made the whole workspace journey smoother — joining a team no longer means re-entering your password, creating a second workspace takes two taps from anywhere, and leaving or deleting a workspace always leaves you somewhere safe: never stuck, never locked out.

  • •Join a New Workspace Without Re-entering Your Password: When you accept an invitation with an email that already has a Flowly account, you simply sign in and you're in — your existing password is never changed or asked for again. The invitation page now recognises your account and guides you to sign in first.
  • •Activate Manager Invitations With One Click: If your account already has a password, you're no longer asked to create a new one when you're added as a manager of another workspace — one click and your access is active.
  • •Create Another Workspace From Anywhere: You can now create an extra workspace for another team or department straight from the workspace menu in your dashboard, from the workspace picker after signing in, or from your profile page — no need to sign out and start over.
  • •Signing Up With an Existing Email Now Guides You Forward: Instead of a confusing error, we send you to sign in with your account and offer to create a new workspace right from there.
  • •Never Stuck in a Workspace You Just Left: After deleting or leaving a workspace, you now land on your workspace picker and choose where to continue. Previously you could stay inside the deleted workspace's screens.
  • •No More Account Lockout After Your Last Workspace: If you delete or leave your only workspace, you can still sign in to your account and create a new one — your account always stays yours.
  • •Protected Last-Manager Workspaces: You can no longer leave or delete a workspace while you're its only manager without handling it first, and deleting a workspace now asks for your password to confirm — no accidental goodbyes.
  • •The workspace menu now offers a "Create a workspace" action when you have none, so there's always a clear next step.
  • •Clearer copy in account settings about what happens when you leave or delete a workspace.
